Responsibilities
Focus on legal work while we handle client development, accounting, discovery and ESI production, paralegal services, interest rate hedging, and bespoke subrogation claims best classified as alternative investments
Receive comprehensive operational and commercial support, including ad-based lead generation (digital acquisition and inbound demand)
Handle client intake and attorney-client fee agreement handling including DocuSign workflows
New client onboarding and file opening
In-house ESI production and paralegal support from paralegal who used to charge President Trump $250/hr before quitting work at his counsel
Bookkeeping, billing, travel booking, and attorney trust accounting
Support for and from other attorneys
Pooling of subscriptions for costly software suites
Qualification
Required
3+ years of legal practice experience
Your own malpractice insurance (we can source for you if needed)
Active license in good standing with one or more bar associations
Demonstrated commercial integrity and freedom from prejudice
Preferred
Preference given to attorneys with experience in PI and insurance
