New Grad, Entry LevelVictory Church is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to partner with the Lead Systems Admin in implementing core Rock RMS functionality. The role focuses on building workflows, reports, and data views, while assisting with third-party integrations to support ministry needs.

Responsibilities
Implement and test Rock RMS core features (groups, check-in, connection opportunities, event registration, communication tools) as solutions to ministry needs
Learn to build, implement and maintain Rock RMS workflows, data views, and automations as assigned by the Lead Systems Admin
Perform routine data cleanup tasks including deduplication, record merging, and error correction
Assist with import processes and ensure data quality standards are met as needed
Serve as a first point of contact for Rock-related technical issues
Assist with identifying, mentoring and training ministry champions “Rock Stars”
Document technical solutions for internal team use and long-term maintainability
Partner with CHMS coordinator to ensure ministry facing documentation and training aligns with technical builds
Manage group structures, attributes, communication tools, and page content2
Assist with configuration of email templates, check-ins, and event registrations
Collaborate with BI to implement data views, reports, and dashboards that support ministry efforts and leadership decision-making
Test and validate workflows, custom blocks, and new features before deployment
Report bugs, inconsistencies, or issues to the Lead Systems Admin and follow through on resolutions
Additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor and as needed for the continued development of Victory Church
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL and Lava
Ability to self-motivate and translate ministry needs into systemic functionality
Knowledgeable in all necessary systems that Victory Church uses to manage volunteers and report appropriate information and analytics at the organizational level
Comfortable troubleshooting technical challenges

Preferred
Experience with Rock RMS or similar CHMS platforms preferred
Working knowledge of SQL and Lava (or willingness to learn)
