Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Research and identify prospects and associated decision makers, targeting the North American markets
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, etc to generate interest and set up sales presentations
Qualify warm leads based on business needs, budget, timeline and fit
Personalize outreach using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft
Maintain structured outreach cadences, track activities in CRM, and meet weekly/monthly quotas
Generate and manage leads from marketing events and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or Inside Sales Rep
Proficiency in sales tech stack, especially ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator
Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
Preferred
BPO industry experience preferred
