Perform routine microbial, chemical and product sampling to assure that QA/HACCP/SQF/SSOP standards are being maintained
Maintain proper documentation in order to assure adherence to specifications
Collect samples for lab analyses to assure that product meets specifications
Perform routine data entry in computer
Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis

Currently enrolled in Food Science/Biology curriculum in college or another similar undergraduate field
