Responsibilities
Separate and sort chicken parts on conveyor belt
Remove un-battered or seconds pieces from line and pack them as specified
Prepare boxes for packers by staging boxes, bags and labels ahead
Pack individual pieces in portion packs according to specifications
Assist in changing packing area from bulk to portion pack
Keep work area clean
Job requires frequent repetitive bending, lifting and twisting throughout the work shift
Assist in sanitizing area, as required
Work in other departments or perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Employee must display a positive attitude and teamwork skills
Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day
Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist
Must meet the physical abilities evaluation requirements for this position
Must be able to successfully complete all required training
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required
