Director of Sales Operations
The Kinsley Group is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead project operations that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across their Sales and Sales Support teams. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of complex projects and fostering collaboration to ensure efficient execution from sale to delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop Inside Sales, Project Management, and Project Engineering teams, providing direction, prioritization, and resource alignment across a high volume of projects throughout the Northeast
Build scalable systems, dashboards, and KPIs to drive performance, visibility, and accountability across all project phases
Ensure disciplined project execution through standardized documentation, close-out procedures, and coordination with Operations
Monitor financial performance and mitigate margin leakage through strong forecasting, CRM accuracy, and cost-control practices
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to qualify opportunities, allocate resources, and ensure seamless project handoffs
Serve as the escalation point for complex client or vendor issues, driving solutions that uphold service excellence and profitability
Oversee third-party vendor performance, production schedules, and documentation compliance
Champion continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and process enhancements that strengthen efficiency and margin performance
Qualification
Required

Preferred
7–10+ years of leadership experience in engineering, construction, power systems, manufacturing, or industrial project management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in project management, inside sales, and operations to achieve timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals
Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and margin optimization
Skilled communicator comfortable representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and startup coordination, balancing customer focus with commercial objectives
