Gabletek Robotics and Controls Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Tool Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will work independently performing a wide range of electrical tasks in a machine tool manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical wiring of machinery and control panels from schematics and bill of materials
Wire and install:
Communication blocks and Ethernet systems
Auxiliary power, robots, and safety circuits
480V and 24V electrical systems
Tie in tools and complete final dressing to controls
Install temporary power and bend/install conduit
Prepare tools with I/O blocks, DeviceNet, cable trays, and duct work
Verify, tag, and run cords per customer and job specifications
Perform electrical inspections using standard checklists
Follow manufacturing instructions and communicate effectively with leadership and other skilled trades

Required

Skilled and experienced in electrical tasks in a machine tool manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience performing electrical wiring of machinery and control panels from schematics and bill of materials
Experience wiring and installing communication blocks and Ethernet systems
Experience wiring and installing auxiliary power, robots, and safety circuits
Experience with 480V and 24V electrical systems
Ability to tie in tools and complete final dressing to controls
Experience installing temporary power and bending/installing conduit
Ability to prepare tools with I/O blocks, DeviceNet, cable trays, and duct work
Ability to verify, tag, and run cords per customer and job specifications
Experience performing electrical inspections using standard checklists
Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and communicate effectively with leadership and other skilled trades
