They are seeking an entry-level Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer Specialist I to assist with cost analysis, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure accurate financial management and project control.

Responsibilities
Assist with cost analysis and maintain accurate cost tracking for assigned projects
Generate and update SAP-based cost reports
Support month-end accrual bookings and financial close activities
Help resolve payables issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Respond to ad hoc requests related to cost and schedule controls
Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets and forecast expenditures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role (cost, scheduling, and project controls)
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred
Refinery or industrial project experience preferred
