Providing leadership over the home serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Provides assistance in planning and implementation of the services/outcomes for each individual
Communicates progress
Establishes and maintains professional relationships with all members of the team
Ensures the welfare and safety of each consumer at all times
Provides support and supervision to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the home
Ensures quality services are delivered to the people we serve
On-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Must have strong communication skills
Must have strong writing skills
Must have strong time management skills
Must have strong organizational skills
Must be able to use discretion and make independent decisions based on good judgment
Must possess good problem solving skills
Must possess good conflict resolution skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have vehicle insurance
Must possess acceptable employment and background screenings
Must be at least 21 years of age
