Responsibilities
Assist a Lead Architect with a variety of duties, such as creating computer models, drafting, conducting code research, and applying process knowledge as part of a client’s program
Engage with clients and occasionally travel to project sites for scoping existing conditions or observing construction
Work within an integrated team environment, coordinating with Cyntergy’s in-house engineers and facilitating workflow between different disciplines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
Two to ten years' experience
Experience in architectural document production
Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to identify and correctly respond to project needs
Capability to build and maintain relationships with team members
