Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic accounts in the Healthcare & life science vertical
Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels)
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps
Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions
Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies
Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development within the Healthcare & Life Science sector
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
Strong understanding of account farming and revenue growth strategies
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Experience in identifying cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities
Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams including solution architects and product managers
Experience in driving account planning and quarterly business reviews
