Responsibilities

Applies electrical, electronic and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis, and documentation of results; construction of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components; and quality testing
Supports and participates in the design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems

Preferred

Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineering
Familiar with US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Plant Systems and Components to include reactor plant systems, steam and electric plant systems
Have good writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Work with multiple customers and organizations, including the US Government and Navy personnel
Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyses that support applicable and effective maintenance strategies to maximize ship mission operational availability while minimizing cost
