Responsibilities

Identify and implement advanced technologies to reduce cost and improve design

Apply manufacturing expertise in Plastics, Machining, and Assembly to support cost modeling and design decisions

Utilize data-driven should-cost modeling to guide engineering and sourcing strategies

Lead and mentor engineers and cross-functional project teams

Develop and scale best practices across multiple products and divisions

Align engineering strategies with supplier roadmaps and global trends

Drive high-impact initiatives with measurable business outcomes

Define and champion category strategy and innovation

Advise on industry trends and competitive strategies

Manage global initiatives and foster cross-cultural collaboration

Build strategic supplier relationships and influence senior stakeholders

Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies

Required

Bachelor's degree required

15+ years of relevant experience

Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities

Experience working across divisions and product lines

Familiarity with global supplier ecosystems and emerging technologies

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
