Responsibilities

Schedule and document weekly management meetings; follow up on action items

Manage office support tasks such as invoice processing and supply maintenance

Assist new hires with onboarding and system setup

Handle travel and scheduling for Broker Dealer directors

Work with the team to organize conferences and field visits, prepare presentations, and manage logistics

Support ad hoc projects across marketing, communications, operations, and product functions
