Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform repairs on fishing reels with accuracy and efficiency
Use reel schematics to guide repair processes
Communicate effectively with customers, both technically and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to report product issues and trends
Process transactions using SAP
Maintain accurate logs, records, and time sheets
Support technical training and provide assistance to warranty service centers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Deliver service with enthusiasm, urgency, and a customer-first attitude
Occasionally travel as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Mechanically inclined with strong manual dexterity
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
Solid communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Able to read and interpret technical schematics
Proficient in basic computer operations and math
High school diploma or GED required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on setting
Preferred
Fishing product knowledge is a plus!
