Responsibilities
Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
A high degree of competence in MS Office programs
Read, write, and interpret documented production processes
Ability to audit production processes and report findings
Ability to productively work with every level of the organization
Ability to identify and address production related concerns
Knowledge of CAD software (ex: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, SketchUp)
Operational knowledge of common manufacturing best practices
Qualification
Required
Combination of formal training and work experience in relevant technical field
Mechanical ability and experience with common manufacturing equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience working within a defined process workflow
Ability to read and understand schematic drawings
A high degree of competence in MS Office programs
Read, write, and interpret documented production processes
Ability to audit production processes and report findings
Ability to productively work with every level of the organization
Ability to identify and address production related concerns
Knowledge of CAD software (ex: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, SketchUp)
Operational knowledge of common manufacturing best practices
Ability to stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend, stoop and reach frequently during shifts
Ability to regularly push/pull and lift/carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or operate machines as directed
Prolonged periods standing
Preferred
Bachelors in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Science, or other relevant technical degree
Experience working in a job shop environment
Experience training others in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Laser inspection equipment
Experience with 3D printing
