Responsibilities

Define and manage system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging products

Perform system-level analyses and develop performance budgets (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput)

Collaborate with product management and technical leads to align product roadmaps and engineering strategies

Develop and execute validation and verification plans for reliability, performance, and compliance

Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level issues across development phases

Lead design reviews, ensuring requirements traceability and risk mitigation

Partner with manufacturing, quality, and test teams to ensure smooth transition to production

Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in systems engineering processes
