Program Manager, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses
Bismarck State College is dedicated to student success and is seeking a Program Manager for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage program logistics, and act as a liaison between program participants and the college, ensuring an effective learning experience.

Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the 10KSB program including program execution and delivery, application management and processing, and logistics
Responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the management of program budget, including invoice payments, expenditure tracking and reconciliation, and managing contracts, along with performance metrics
Work with the Outreach Director to schedule and manage interviews, and collect and process application materials
Schedule applicants and panelists for interview day, host on interview days
Send welcome emails with all logistical information required for the start of the program
Assist with Zoom information sessions and finalist workshops (each 2x per year)
Work with the site team to select dates for each cohort and develop and manage the program delivery calendar
Schedule and attend the pre-brief calls for each class session
Reserve rooms and work with facilities staff for all outreach events, interviews, classes, and clinics
Organize and plan menus within budgets for all in-person sessions
Order and organize all supplies and printed materials for classroom use
Attend out-of-state in-person sessions four times per year to facilitate logistics, food, A/V, materials distribution, event planning, etc
With support from site team, manage local storage of curriculum materials, ensuring the most updated materials are available to faculty
Participate in assessment of curriculum sessions through post-session debriefings
Set up and manage Canvas LMS where program materials are posted
With support from the delivery team, recruit and communicate with panelists and guests as needed
Collect business owner evaluations after each session and distribute to site team
Serve as the main business owner contact for program technology set-up including Canvas, LivePlan, and pre-program diagnostic survey
Run reports and capture business owner information in Salesforce as needed
Create business owner profiles at the start of each cohort
Works with the Executive Director, assisting with budget management, expenditure tracking, and invoice payments
Works with the Executive Director to coordinate faculty/staff contract payments and Scholar mileage reimbursement
Works closely with the Executive Director in matters relating to the Goldman Sachs •10,000 Small Businesses• program including, but not limited to marketing, budgets, business plans, web page changes, social media marketing, technology, and Canvas support, and overall successful execution of the program
Assist the Executive Director in recruiting, selecting, interviewing, hiring, and evaluating the Lead Faculty and Business Advisors
Coordinate logistics by scheduling and running meetings, reserving facilities, and items related to live events for each cohort
Act as liaison to faculty to assist in their needs during the Goldman Sachs program
Performs other duties as assigned to support program success
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree and two years of directly related experience or a two-year degree and four years of directly related experience
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, successful daily operations, and/or project management
Proven ability to work in a diverse team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write well
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Preferred
Extensive experience managing programs, daily operations, and/or logistics
Experience managing a budget and reconciling financials
More than 4 years of work experience in day-to-day operations
Demonstrated passion for, or understanding of, small businesses ownership
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Demonstrated ability and experience learning any new technology tools. The following are used in this role: Canvas, LivePlan, Salesforce, Zoom
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and determine methods that produce desired results and meet required deadlines
The ability to maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a client-facing role
The ability to run online meetings weekly using Zoom
