As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems, developing designs to meet customer expectations, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Design switchboards, modular power pods, and power distribution assemblies
Produce single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts
Ensure adherence to UL, NEC, IEC, and safety standards
Develop modular, scalable, and cost-optimized designs
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and reliability
Participate in new product development initiatives
Create and execute test protocols for electrical performance
Drive UL/IEC certification processes
Ensure product safety, reliability, and sustainability
Work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering on product launches
Interface with suppliers, labs, and customers for technical support
Perform root cause analysis for field/product issues
Recommend design enhancements to increase reliability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
10+ years in electrical design of power distribution equipment (switchboards, switchgear, PDUs, etc.)
Knowledge of UL891, UL1062, UL1008, UL1558, NEC, IEC standards
CAD proficiency (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar)
Experience with low- and medium-voltage systems (up to 38kV)
Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
Electrical Testing Knowledge / Experience
Ability to knowledge share and mentor junior level electrical engineers
