Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, test and integration of digital electronics systems

Manage FPGA and/or ASIC design/test, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design/test, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering

Build skills and knowledge in technical disciplines required to integrate, test, and qualify a complex digital product as well as develop program management experience

Leverage core engineering and management principles to enable the team to be successful in delivering a product that meets all customer specifications

Required

Experience in digital electronics or related industry

Experience with project or program management

Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions and disciplines such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain

Demonstrated Control Account Manager (CAM) experience, including managing program budgets, schedules, and resources

Strong communication skills

US Citizen. Active Secret clearance

Preferred

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

Master of Business Administration, or Master of Engineering Management

Experience managing subcontracts

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs

Experience with proposals and cost estimating process

Proven ability to lead in a multi-site environment, including experience managing virtual teams, facilitating remote meetings, and using remote collaboration tools

Demonstrated experience managing procurements, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services

Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and the ability to use EVM metrics to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary

Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks, and capitalizing on program opportunities

Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and budgets, and the ability to use IMS and budget data to track program performance, identify trends, and make corrective actions when necessary
