Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Create and maintain monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity constraints

Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable production orders for internal and external manufacturing partners

Monitor schedule adherence, proactively addressing risks such as material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, or quality issues

Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components

Align production plans with capacity, labor, and equipment availability at local office and partner sites

Create, release, and maintain production work orders and purchase orders in ERP (NetSuite) to ensure accuracy and visibility

Track and report on production KPIs including schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization
