WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an intern with an interest in Marketing for Multi-Family Real Estate. The role involves supporting the marketing department through various clerical and administrative tasks while providing outstanding service to customers and gaining industry knowledge through property visits.

Responsibilities

Performs routine clerical and administrative tasks in support the marketing department

Will perform a wide range of duties as assigned by Vice President of Marketing, Marketing & Business Development Director, Creative Director, Social Media Coordinator and/or Marketing and leasing Manager(s)

Provides outstanding service to existing or potential customers

Visits properties in MD, PA, DE, and VA to gain understanding of the whole range WPM business divisions

Uses standard business software applications for communications, documentation, analytical and reporting functions

Learns industry-specific software applications to assist regular staff in accomplishing workload

Offers ideas for process improvement based on applying academic experiences and knowledge to the real business world

Provides generalized assistance as a member of a high-performing team

Develops high level work ethic and habits to foster opportunities to obtain regular full-time positions after completing education

Models the Company’s Core Values for clients and other associates

Performs other duties as assigned, within reason and relevance to the job
