Program Consultant - Consumer, Wealth, and Business Digital Banking
First Citizens Bank is seeking a Program Consultant within their Consumer, Wealth, and Business Digital Banking team. The role involves facilitating process governance, reporting on portfolio performance, and ensuring smooth Agile operations within the portfolio.

Responsibilities
Document and maintain how the portfolio operates and include any approved changes into the portfolio processes
Facilitate and guide a Portfolio Leadership Cadence to capture ideas on proposed process changes
Build & Execute plans to incorporate any approved changes into the Portfolio's Operational structure
Create reports to show the portfolio's performance. This could include, but not limited to, Annual Portfolio Delivery, Quarterly PI Performance, Data Quality or as otherwise designated
Ensure reports are included in any of the necessary Portfolio cadences along with training any team members in their use
Partner with all roles within the Portfolio to ensure a consistent and smooth flow of work from inception to delivery
Coordinate with the Release Train Engineer on PI Planning Preparations & Event execution
Engage Product Management team to ensure :
Epic Readiness prior to PI Planning Event
Flow of work through the process is stable
Adherence to documented standards is followed
Align with EPO Project Manager on any required information
Use empirical data to drive portfolio improvements
Primary Portfolio support for Jira & Confluence
Ensures all tools used by the Portfolio match the agreed upon processes
All applicable roles are properly trained in the use of the tools
Build new capabilities within the toolset where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management
Required Area of Experience: Agile/Scrum Development + Methodologies, Jira, Confluence
Position Specific Skills: License, Certification, Registration + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Equivalent
Experience with: SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies
Strong Jira & Confluence experience, including: Building JQL Filters, Rich Filter Dashboards, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Automation and Workflow Schemes
Passion for driving value to customers
Servant Leader, leading by example, and by actions
Preferred
Preferred Area of Experience: Technology and Banking, Scrum Master
Preferred Area of Study: Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science or Similar Degree
Experience with: Quarterly Planning setup, facilitation & execution
