They are seeking a Marketing Assistant to collaborate with the Communications Team on creating and managing marketing materials, identifying trends, and assisting with social media management.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Communications Team on marketing material by designing, compiling and formatting materials for special events, meetings, messages, websites, and public events
Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Prepare flyers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and internet correspondences
Assist with social media management, including, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky LinkedIn and other platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field OR minimum four (4) years administrative work experience OR equivalent combination of education and training
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers
It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
