Facilities Support Services
Responsibilities
Assist with business development activities and preparation of proposal technical content
Skilled in system design, scope of work, theory of operation and solution integration and provide professional consultations on security subject matter
Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and conduct research and investigations, as needed
Perform design analysis and calculations
Manages and develops loss control programs and administers risk management programs related to operating risk, insurance, and any class of financial risk
Prepare written reports, plans and specs, and presentations on cost effective plans to minimize loss
Supervise Construction Project Managers to ensure all tasks are being completed as required on the job sites
Expert in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts
Responsible for achieving all budgeted commercial monthly sales production targets
Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies in loss control

Qualification
Required
10+ years of working experience in physical security, threat and vulnerability assessments required
High school or GED required
2 years college or specialized training required
Preferred
4 year college degree preferred
5+ years of senior security executive experience preferred
10+ years of security management experience preferred
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) preferred
Certified in Homeland Security IV (CHS-Level IV) preferred
Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CAS) preferred
Recognized Risk Engineer (RRE) preferred
