Upbound Group, Inc. is a technology and data-driven leader in accessible and inclusive financial solutions. They are seeking a Personalization Intern to assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of A/B tests using Optimizely.

Responsibilities

Write and modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for web experiments and enhancements

Collaborate with the digital marketing and product teams to analyze website performance data and identify opportunities for optimization

Perform front-end development tasks including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and code deployment

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of A/B tests and provide insight for future iterations

Additional duties as assigned

Pursuing a Marketing Major, with an expected graduation between May 2026 and December 2027

Ability to work in our home office in Plano, Texas Monday through Friday
