The Personalization Intern will support the marketing team in building scalable personalization capabilities across the enterprise, gaining hands-on exposure to modern personalization strategies.

Responsibilities

Support documentation of personalization patterns, decision criteria, and playbooks

Assist in mapping customer journeys and identify high-value decision moments

Assist in defining and organizing audience signals (intent, lifecycle, value, behavior)

Help summarize experiment results and extract insights

Additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a Marketing Major, with an expected graduation between May 2026 and December 2027

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in our home office in Plano, Texas Monday through Friday
