They are seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage office communications, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
First point of contact for visitors and guests
Answer incoming office phone calls and direct as necessary
Answer emails, team requests and other written communication promptly
Accept deliveries for the office (postal service, fedex etc.)
Sort and deliver mail to internal team members
Create and close work orders (tickets) for operations team
Assist Office Manager with ordering supplies and office function setup and breakdown
All other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
2 year degree required, 4 year degree a plus
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish), is a must
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone)
Results-oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice
Multi task-oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving
Basic knowledge of computer applications and software applications
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
