Responsibilities

Position must be able to climb and descend ladders and steps

Job duties range from general cleaning, turf management, water chemistry, and other related tasks

Requires excellent verbal communication and customer service with patrons at Harlan Rogers and Rosedale Rapids

Individuals must be proficient at counting back change, able to enforce complex rules and policies, and possess computer skills

These individuals will deal directly with participants, parents, and the public

May be required to open facilities, set up equipment, enforce facility, and program rules

Position requires the ability to perform extensive manual labor, turf management practices, such as mowing and weed eating, maintenance and upkeep of facilities, and the ability to run various small equipment

Position requires current Red Cross LGT/AED/First Aid/CPR certification or ability to attain certification before working

Individuals must possess excellent communication skills, team leadership qualities, precise decision-making ability, and thorough knowledge/application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques
