Responsibilities

Develop and implement inventory management strategies
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
Forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
Manage inventory tracking systems and software
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures
Train and supervise inventory staff

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Experience with forecasting and demand planning
Knowledge of industry best practices in inventory management
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)
