Responsibilities

Work with leadership to plan and execute product merchandising for tradeshows, using sales data and product priorities to guide assortment decisions

Implement showroom visual strategies in alignment with brand identities and seasonal direction

Curate and style impactful product installations and displays that tell a compelling story, highlighting key launches and features

Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure on-time execution of showroom setups and resets

Identify and engage with vendors, contractors, and temporary staff as needed

Develop detailed project plans, tracking progress and timelines from pre-planning through post-show

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to brand visual standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to support campaigns, product launches, and photography as needed

Stay current on home, design, and fashion trends to inform product styling and showroom presentation
