Responsibilities
Prepare billing for submission to customers
Generate and process billing transactions and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day billing activities
Review monthly invoices to ensure billing activities are booked to the correct revenue accounts and recognized properly
Process a high volume of invoices
Ensure month-end closing of the billing group functions
Respond to and mitigate billing escalations
Ensure invoices are delivered to customers accurately and timely
Upload invoices to third-party billing systems on time and accurately
Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
Assist with accounts receivable-related special projects as necessary
Confirm and reconcile customer disputes regarding payment of outstanding balances
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
3+ years as a Billing Analyst
Strong external communication skills via email and phone
