Responsibilities

Prepares loan closing packages ensuring completeness and accuracy in documentation

Coordinates disbursement of loan funds to ensure timely and accurate funding

Enters and maintains accurate loan information on computer operating system, handles post-closing loan activities and assembles files

Reviews and/or prepares various member facing documents for accuracy prior to signing

Audits membership and deposit account documents for errors

Refers members to branch partners for possible cross-sell opportunities when appropriate

Performs other job related duties as assigned

Six months or more of similar or related experience

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows-based system with ease

A high school education or GED
