Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of skilled technicians responsible for installing and repairing voice, video, broadband, and fiber services
Oversee day-to-day field operations, scheduling, service orders, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of work
Conduct quality control assessments and audits to keep work standards high and repeat truck rolls low
Serve as the go-between for Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Customers — keeping everyone aligned and informed
Analyze trouble tickets and productivity data to identify wins, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Train and develop technicians on evolving fiber and fixed wireless technologies
Model professional behavior and create a team culture of accountability, pride, and ownership
Take part in hiring, performance feedback, coaching, and recognition
Maintain accurate reporting, inventory accountability, crew schedules, and compliance documentation
Jump in to support other Clearwave markets as needed
