Senior Account Executive
Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management solution for the consumer packaged goods industry. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and manage the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue.

Responsibilities
Build, develop, and nurture relationships within target accounts to drive new logo acquisition and achieve sales goals
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close, with a focus on defining business value to key stakeholders
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, self-sourced leads, and collaboration with Marketing and SDRs
Conduct detailed discovery to uncover customer pain points, identify inefficiencies, quantify their challenges and present tailored solutions aligned with their needs
Lead complex, multi-threaded deals involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams—Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success—to deliver long-term customer success and satisfaction
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and proactive pipeline management using Salesforce
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively supporting shared goals and fostering cross-functional success
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in SaaS selling, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
Must have formal training in and a strong belief in a consultative sales methodology, with a commitment to understanding customer needs, quantifying business challenges, and driving collaborative discovery to deliver value-based solutions
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and C-suite leaders, driving value-based sales and building trusted partnerships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple pipelines efficiently
Persistent and self-motivated, with a track record of independently driving results through outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads
Creative problem-solver who excels at tailoring solutions to uncover hidden pain points and deliver customer value in resistant industries
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a relationship-focused approach to long-term customer success
Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to challenges and setbacks while maintaining focus on long-term goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a team-first environment
Experience leveraging partnerships to grow relationships and drive customer success
Preferred
Experience with frameworks such as Jeff Thull's Mastering the Complex Sale, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler methodologies is highly desirable
Familiarity with CPG sales or experience working with CPG brands is a strong advantage
