Account Manager - I
Surya Inc. is an innovative home furnishings company known for its design-forward products. They are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving sales and expanding market presence for their home décor brands.

Responsibilities
Create and strengthen relationships with customers in your assigned book by helping them uncover/solve deeper challenges within their business
Sell across all categories for all three of our brands – Surya, Global Views & Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams
Make assigned number of outbound calls per day to assigned book of business as well as conduct quarterly webinars
Prospect and open new accounts across all three brands
Be the organizer of the process of growing revenue and maintaining customer loyalty, especially with key accounts
Maintain all customer activity in Salesforce
Attend trade shows to connect with new and existing customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Account Management experience
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Ability to maintain stated KPI's specific to the Account Manager Role
Passionate about home décor brands
Proficient in MS Office suite; experience with Salesforce a plus
Ability and willingness to travel to quarterly markets
This position is full-time, in-office (M-F)
