Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in the use of all hand tools including but not limited to saws, drills and taps
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to operate a computer
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills on the job
Meet ESS Technologies quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices
Work as a team in the Assembly function
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the assembly team and its functions
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly desired
Machine shop equipment and/or machining methods and blueprint reading experience preferred
