Responsibilities

Lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects
Serve federal government clients
Provide team leadership
Collaborate across disciplines
Serve as the primary client contact
Ensure client satisfaction
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeRegistered Professional EngineerAutoCAD Civil 3DLand development experienceRegulationsTeam collaborationProject management

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia or able to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of the start date
Some travel may be required
Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance
10+ years of Civil Engineering experience, including land development and site design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
Familiarity with federal, state, and local government regulations related to civil design

Preferred

Experience with MicroStation and InRoads software
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of regional stormwater regulations
