Teaching Instructor - Engineering Technology - College of Engineering and Mineral Resources- 28390
West Virginia University is seeking a Teaching Instructor for the Engineering Technology program, focusing on Manufacturing Processes. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate engineering students in both theoretical and practical aspects of manufacturing, including hands-on lab courses.

Responsibilities
Engage in teaching undergraduate engineering students in courses related to theoretical and practical fundamentals of manufacturing and capstone projects related to manufacturing
Conduct small-group, hands-on lab courses focused on all aspects of manufacturing including machining, CNC programming, CAD/CAM, GD&T, additive manufacturing, welding, and assembly operations
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess a master's degree in safety management, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
1 year of teaching/laboratory experience at the college level OR a minimum of 5 years practical work experience
Proven abilities in manufacturing processes
Capable of engaging with a diverse population of students
Incorporate state-of-the-art teaching techniques and methods in teaching
Classroom teaching of manufacturing processes and support of student/capstone projects
