Postdoctoral Research Fellow - D'Andrea Lab

Responsibilities
Design and conduct experiments related to DNA repair pathways, replication fork stability, and ubiquitin signaling
Use advanced techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, protein biochemistry, mass spectrometry, and live-cell imaging
Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings at internal and external scientific meetings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medicinal chemists and clinical researchers
Contribute to manuscript writing and grant applications
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall research environment
Qualification
Required
PhD or MD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field
Strong background in DNA repair, cancer biology, or chromatin biology
Experience with mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and molecular cloning
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
