Responsibilities
Researching and posting items for sale online and on social media company accounts
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites
Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager
Qualification
Required
Skilled written and oral communication
Detail oriented and goal driven
Customer service focus
Proficient MS Office applications and online site administration
Typing speed of 45 WPM
Organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
Valid driver's license
