Levco Management is a company dedicated to promoting from within and investing in their team members' success. They are seeking a Make Ready Technician to join their team at a 716-unit property, responsible for the upkeep and repair of apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities

Inspect the condition of all units prior to starting repairs to include but not limited to; walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors, filters, and smoke detectors

Responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property and general repair/replacements for common areas as needed

Complete the apartment turn process to prepare for move ins

Conduct general upkeep procedures (i.e landscaping) and other tasks as assigned

May assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, snow removal, freezes, etc

Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
