Hosting fun, informative tours that welcome new families into our community

Qualification
Required
Hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum
Ability to lead recruitment, training, and support staff while ensuring state compliance
Experience in supervising and inspiring a team
Skill in managing staffing schedules and handling substitutes
Ability to build connections with families and staff
Experience in hosting tours for new families
Capability to maintain a safe and clean school environment
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and records management
Willingness to assist with various tasks including cooking, cleaning, and classroom activities
