Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK and Terraform
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
Manage and maintain YAML-based configuration, including Kubernetes manifests, GitOps repos, pipeline configurations, and application deployment files
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based systems and environments
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools
Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment reliability
Ensure cloud security, cost optimization, and operational excellence following best practices
Automate routine tasks using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration tools (EKS/Kubernetes preferred)

Required

1-3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, Lambda, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation)
Proficiency in Terraform and AWS CDK for IaC development
Experience creating and managing YAML configurations (CI/CD pipelines, K8s, config files)
Solid understanding of Linux administration (Amazon Linux, RHEL)
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD concepts, branching strategies, and version control (Git)
Strong scripting skills: Shell, Bash, or Python
Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, or EKS
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, VPC routing, security groups)

Preferred

Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration tools (EKS/Kubernetes preferred)
