Responsibilities

Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs

Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc

Active participation in recruiting and selection processes

Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

Required

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required

Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience

Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1-August 7, 2026
