Responsibilities

Work on project teams to enhance existing Salesforce functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience
Automate business processes using either the Salesforce UI or code
Build applications on the Salesforce platform using database design best practices and automation tools
Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business objectives
Document business processes through process mapping
Build, test, and deploy code within the Salesforce platform
Collaborate with other developers for brainstorming and writing code

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Understanding of relational databases and using SQL to create complex data sets
Ability to identify relevant information and explain technical information to a broad audience
Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application
Textron Aviation Inc. must comply with U.S. export control laws

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
Project management experience
Experience with an object-oriented programming language
