Responsibilities
Provide professional software and hardware support to end-users in a fast-paced banking environment
Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
Support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus technologies
Manage service-related issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
Assist with data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and on-site
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting
Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook
Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications
Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
