Responsibilities
Contribute to various projects and tasks related to facility management, operations, maintenance, administration, and budget/planning for the department
Strategic planning for sustainment initiatives
Capital/overhead spend analysis
Cost mitigation analysis
Indirect vendor management
Purchase order processing
Payment processing
Development and implementation of policy and procedural documents to optimize operational efficiency across the Facilities and Maintenance department
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Business Administration or related field required
Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 2 – August 8 2025
Preferred
3.0+ GPA preferred
Preference will be given to candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2025 internship
Prior experience and/or working knowledge gained outside of the classroom in a related field or industry
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio)
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated success working in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
Ability to work semi-autonomously and deal with ambiguity effectively
