2026 Internship - Customer Support (Aftermarket Warranty and Program Support Specialist)

Responsibilities
Work with a cross functional team to provide up-front guidance on warranty and aftermarket maintenance programs coverages
Support operations with providing accurate estimates and invoices to customers
Drive process improvements which create efficiencies and enhance value to the customer
Effectively communicate information to a diverse audience of customers, both internally and externally, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Other duties as assigned to support aftermarket service to our customers
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or other related field
Must be able to work in a customer-oriented environment with professional demeanor and minimal supervision
Organized and action oriented
Able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Builds and maintains constructive relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager
