Responsibilities

Install, inspect, service, and monitor Conco Customized cleaning equipment to deliver a clean system to the customer

Conduct preventive maintenance, including oil filter changes, flushing screen inspections, system flushes, and equipment monitoring

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in oil delivery systems, including piping, storage tanks, and control systems

Test system performance using diagnostic equipment and making necessary adjustments for efficiency and safety

Maintain detailed service records, equipment logs, and maintenance reports

Interpret P&ID’s, schematics, and technical manuals

Monitor system performance data and provide recommendations for system cleanliness

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, NFPA)

Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide on-call support as needed

Communicate effectively with Project Managers, plant operators, and other technicians

Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals

Safety-focused mindset and adherence to PPE requirements

Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions

Online/remote safety training as required

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED required

2–4 years of experience in Oil Flushing systems or related field

Knowledge of industrial lubrication systems, oil pumps, and hydraulic equipment

Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for some positions

Strong mechanical and analytical skills

Preferred

technical degree or vocational certification in mechanical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance

familiarity with PLCs and automated system controls

OSHA 10/30-hour certification

NORA (National Oil heat Research Alliance) or equivalent certification

HAZMAT and TWIC certification
